• Payment by Credit, Debit or Prepaid card through AlphaBank.
The debit of the card, through the payment gateway of AlphaBank, is done with the completion of the ordering process of the products. We have taken all necessary measures to secure your transactions through your card, and all cardholders are subject to validity checks. It is important to provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address if requested.

• Payment by Bank Transfer to our bank account.
Make the payment directly to our bank account, stating the name and order number as deposit proof. Once the deposit has been made, a copy must be sent to info@labellacosmetics.gr. Your order will not be shipped until the amount is cleared in our bank account. Any additional bank or other charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer and not our company.

Transactions Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Eurobank e-Commerce” of Eurobank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Our company is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of the data and data it collects about the users of the website and has adopted procedures that protect the personal data that users submit to the website or provide by any other means (e.g. by telephone). Credit card details are not archived and can not be used for any other purpose. In addition, our company within the preparation of the contract informs you that it has nothing to do with the collection or disclosure of credit details, as the user at the completion of the order is transferred to a corresponding page of the relevant bank where he fills in the card details and the validity of the data is checked there.

In case you choose to use your credit/debit/prepaid card as a payment method, we declare that we do NOT collect your card details such as card number, the expiration date of your credit or debit card since the payment process is done exclusively through the secure environment of the cooperating bank (redirection method).
