You have the right to return the products you bought within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them.
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IF ONLY:
1. The product has not been worn or used.
2. The cards and/or the special product packaging (if any) of the manufacturer and/or our store as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged.
3. There are all the accessories of the product such as the box, any manuals that come with it and the purchase receipt (they are sent back together with the product).
4. Inside your parcel you may find (along with the purchase receipt) the form “RETURN-CHANGE FORM” where it fully informs you about the return process. In case it was not in the package you can download it by clicking here.
5. If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.
6. You send the products through the courier company that your order was sent to you, at the expense of the sender (yours) unless they are defective, so read below the par. 10.
7. When shipping your new products after the change you will be charged with the corresponding shipping cost, regardless of the difference that may arise from the changes.
8. If you wish a refund, then note the following in the Return form: a. your account number (IBAN) b. the bank c. the full name of the beneficiary and d. the order number.
The amount will be returned to your account within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel back to our store. In case of electronic payments, the amount will be returned to your card according to the above procedure. In any case of refund, except for defective products, you will be charged with the shipping costs (deducted from the total amount of the refund if they have been paid by you).
9. Swimwear (bottom), underwear and socks are NOT returned for hygiene reasons.
10. Return of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and the initial markings on the products, are sent again free of charge (there is no shipping charge). Only products that are unsuitable to be used for their intended purpose are considered defective, and in no case the products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences in their download and posting. In any case that a defect is found, the recipient/customer has the opportunity to contact the online store via e-mail at info@labellacosmetics.gr or by phone at +302752029950. If a product is declared defective by the recipient/customer, we expressly reserve the right to diagnose the product as defective after checking by the store manager.
11. Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure to avoid any damage during transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to negligence of the customer/sender or adhesive tape on the box or notes with pen/marker, will not be accepted!
We inform you that labellacosmetics.gr is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return/shipment. Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you must send an e-mail to info@labellacosmetics.gr.
