Orders are received within 1-5 working days. In some cases where product availability is different (listed on the product page as limited stock) you will be notified of the delivery date. In case your order can not be processed due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you want to wait for its shipment or any cancellation (if the order is already paid, the purchase amount is refunded in full). Please note that for distances of more than 15 km from cities where the partner courier is based as well as in some remote islands there may be an additional delay in delivery (due to inaccessible area). All our orders are sent in cooperation with ACS Courier. Keep in mind that the delivery time for bulky items can in no case exceed 15 calendar days. However, the maximum limit set by the legislation on e-commerce and distance selling is 30 calendar days.
Keep the following in mind:
• The order can not change delivery address from the moment it is delivered to the courier by our company.
In case the courier does not find you at the address you stated, will leave you a notice to set a new day & time of delivery.
• Orders within Greece are delivered from 9.00am until 7.00pm (or depending on the opening hours of the local courier).
• It is possible to pick up at a specific day and time, as well as the possibility of delivery on Saturday. Call the ACS Local Service Store. If you do not know it, you can find it here on the ACS page.
• In case you wish to pick up your order directly from the local courier store or if you want to add any other note, please mention it in the “Comments” field when completing the order (Checkout page).
Unable to place an order
In some cases the order may not be able to be registered.
• Simultaneous registration of orders in a specific product with the result that the stocks are not sufficient to cover all orders.
• The page is updated regularly however it may not be completed or may be in the process of being updated when placing an order on a product that is already booked.
• In case of a registered order where the user details are incorrect (contact phone, email, etc.) and any communication is impossible.
In any case, even for codes that are not sold (sold out) there will be relevant information from the store on the day of registration of the order or exactly the next working day.
Order delay
Your order may be delayed if the following reasons arise:
• The product you ordered is not available, i.e. in case of bulk orders in a specific code where our online store did not manage to be informed. There is an immediate telephone update, where you can even cancel your order (in case the order is already paid, the purchase amount is refunded in full).
• In cases of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
• In case of a registered order where the user details are incorrect (contact phone, email, etc.) and any communication is impossible.
Defective products
In cases where there is a defect or damage through our own fault then we take full responsibility for the replacement – return, replacing the defective product or returning the entire amount of the purchase. In case of return of defective product, please deliver it to an ACS Courier store with our charge (consignee charge).
